Upon receiving your application, we’ll thoroughly review it and reach out to you for a phone discussion. This conversation will focus on getting to know you better, assessing your skill set, understanding your ownership aspirations, and discussing your preferred location for the L.A.D.S. branch.
Following our initial discussion, we’ll schedule a Google Meet to dive deeper into the details of joining L.A.D.S., including associated costs and expectations.
Once everything is agreed upon, the excitement begins! Drew & Jessie, the owners, will personally assist you during the first crucial three weeks. They’ll visit your location, guide you through equipment procurement, assist with ordering chemicals, and set up your L.A.D.S. vehicle or trailer. Moreover, they’ll provide essential insights into sales, marketing, training, and business fundamentals vital for your success.
Even after these initial weeks, Drew & Jessie will remain accessible for ongoing support and guidance, ensuring you never feel alone in this endeavor.
